I’m half way to my new year’s fitness goal, but with the year half over, it’s time to get off and running. My task — to run a 5k charity race in October in route to dropping the 10 lbs. before the end of the year.
The problem? I don’t run. I think it’s boring.
But, it’s also cheap. And I’m finally fed up enough with looking well-fed to pound the pavement.
So…at the end of week one of my 5k training, here’s my report. Off & Running: Week 1.
