Welcome to my personal blog. It's where I put stuff about my life as a husband, dad & pastor. I dabble in photography, video, travel, outdoor adventures, and social sciences, too.
Lower, close up shot has a more pleasant look about the mouth and eyes. Top, medium (CU) shot has a warmer palet of colors and the shoulders and positioning is a little more at ease…
The top one has more “smile” in the eyes and I like the colors. But I like the left side headspace of the lower shot. I guess I like how the lower shot is framed better.
I like the second picture better, but I agree with JK on the warmer pallet of the first one. Can we warm up the second one for the Picture of Perfection???

So literally all it will take for me to be perfect is a little bit of warming of my skin tone? I like my friends.
Most people are picking #2.
Secret Option C is the clear winner… I love it when people take my advice! 🙂
